A typical carriage would have a pair of 4' battery boxes in the centre on both sides. For modelling ease, these area available as either 4x 4' battery boxes, or a pair of 8ft battery boxes as shown in the photo.
GNR and early LNER carriages would normally have boxes with wood panelling visible, later LNER carriages would have plain boxes with no panelling.
Each pack contains either 4x4ft battery boxes or 2x8ft battery boxes
